Renovation of an investment property to maximise the rental return. This 1 bedroom apartment was completely gut and re-fitted with a new kitchen, bathroom, floor coverings, paint, heating, cooling and lighting.
The apartment was tenanted immediately upon completion of the works, the rental achieved was above market and the property subsequently sold for a price that was solid and reflected the improvements that had been made.

Renovation to fit out the 'back end' of the premises with specific areas for tasks such as valuations, photography, gift wrapping, storage etc.  The project included a re-design of the retail space, buff room and repairs area. A significant amount of storage was added, and the existing display cabinets re-positioned to maximise the customer experience. 

Renovation of this property included a complete overhaul. Consider it Done re-designed the kitchen and then managed the tendering process with builders, selected all the finishes for the interior and supervised the project through to completion, including identifying a property manager to be engaged to manage the tenancy.  A tenant moved in to the apartment within 3 days of completion of the works and the rental income doubled.
